SHIPPING METHODS: COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Face D ships to Italy and all European Union countries, excluding the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value and are the same for all countries served:

• For orders below €50.00, shipping costs are €5.90.
• For orders equal to or above €50.00, shipping is free.

Face D does not ship to the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via GLS or Amazon Shipping, depending on the destination area and logistical requirements.

Shipping Times

ORDER PREPARATION TIMES:
• Orders placed by 2:00 PM (local time) on business days are generally prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, during weekends or on public holidays will be prepared on the next business day.

TRANSIT TIMES:
• Italy: 24–72 business hours.
• International destinations: from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
• Italy: generally within 48–72 business hours from shipment.
• International destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Suspension Periods

During August and the Christmas holiday period, shipping operations may be suspended for approximately two weeks. The exact suspension and resumption dates will be communicated in advance through dedicated announcements published on the website and/or sent to customers.

Please Note

During promotional periods, sales campaigns, or other events involving a high volume of orders, order preparation and delivery times may be longer than usual. In such circumstances, HCS S.r.l. undertakes to process orders as quickly as possible and, in any event, within the time limits required by applicable law.

Defective, Non-Conforming, or Damaged Products

The Customer, or the recipient of the Order, is encouraged to inspect the package and products upon delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, the Customer is advised to refuse delivery or accept it with a specific reservation, clearly describing the issue on the carrier’s delivery document.

Any claims regarding missing, damaged, defective, or non-conforming products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to ecommerce@faced.com, including photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

Following the necessary checks, HCS S.r.l. will, where applicable, arrange for the replacement of the product or provide a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must send a request to ecommerce@faced.com, specifying the order number and the products they wish to return.

Customer Service will provide a Return Form, which must be completed and enclosed inside the return package together with the returned products.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Products must be returned intact, complete with their original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation, in a condition suitable for resale.

Once the returned products have been inspected and verified, HCS S.r.l. will issue the refund in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Liability

The Customer declares that they have the legal capacity required to place orders on the website. HCS S.r.l. shall not be held liable for orders placed by individuals who do not possess the legal capacity required under applicable law.
