• Milky phase solubilizes even waterproof make-up. Formula designed to be less greasy, lighter and more comfortable.

• Aqueous phase limits the feeling of greasiness.

• Rice oil soothing and emollient properties to ensure maximum tolerability on sensitive skin and eyes.
